Investment
- Association dues cover the first band for each child.
- Homeowners' guests may be tested while they are visiting and loaned a band for the time of the visit.
- The replacement cost for a band is $1.
- With parental supervision a child may still use the total facility.
In 2006 Haddon Hall converted from the picture ID Cards to Key Fob Access. Each residence was given a key fob. This system was designed to reduce the need for picture ID Cards, reduce non-member access and increase our ability to determine pool use. If you do not yet have your Key Fob, you can obtain a temporary one from a lifeguard on the day you want to use the pool by:
- Bringing proof of residency electric bill, copy of lease, etc.
- A photo ID
- All association dues and assessments must be up to date to obtain a pass.
If there is problem at the pool the Key Fob will be deactivated by HHOA and access denied until the issue is cleared up. At that time the Recreation Committee Chairmen or a Board Member will authorize reactivating the card.
The first cards and or Key Fobs will be included as part of your dues. Replacement cards or Key Fobs will be about $15.00.
