Roadrunner blocks the mass emails that originate from haddonhall.org and/or our service provider, netwire3.com, by default.
Customer support at Roadrunner recommends the following steps to fix the problem.

If additional help is needed, Roadrunner customers will need to contact Roadrunner, not haddonhall.org.
Login to Web Mail
1. Open Web Mail
2. Click on Settings Tab on the top of the page
3. Under Customize Mailbox Options
4. Click on 'Allow and Block messages Options'
5. Under ‘Blocked Senders and Domains’
6. Remove the e-mail address you want to allow.[if hoa@haddonhall.org or a netwire3.com address is listed, remove it]
7. Under "Allowed Senders and Domains”
8. Add the e-mail address you want to allow.[add webmaster@haddonhall.org, hoa@haddonhall.org AND
anonymous@mail.mynetwire3.com on separate lines ]
9. Click on OK.
Please check under Block Senders if the e-mail is still not there. If not there you would need to add it to Allow List.
