June 4 - 4:00 PM
June 18 - 4:00 PM

Saturday, May 4, 2019

Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Weekdays: No guard on duty. Splash pad opens at 4:30 PM (until end of traditional school year, then open all hours)

Early swim: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Contact HRW (919-787-9000) to have key card set for entrance.

Pool Guest Policy

After meeting with a group of residents tonight, the Haddon Hall Board of Directors has voted to amend the guest policy for pool usage. The new policy will be as follows:
  • Residents between the ages of 13 and 20 may have one guest
  • Residents aged 21 and above may have a maximum of 5 guests per household
  • The maximum number of guests from any single household will be 5
Residents are fully responsible for the actions of their guests and will be subject to disciplinary action by the life guards/pool manager at his/her discretion. Failure to comply with our pool rules and safety regulations may lead to loss of pool privileges.

Minors asked to leave will not be allowed to return until the parent speaks with the lifeguard or a member of the Board.

Haddon Hall Dumpster

Our own Haddon Hall dumpster is constantly full from people who dump their trash without permission.  Our dumpster is not open for public use. We will be investigating ways to secure our dumpster and repair the broken swing-gates that contain the dumpster. In the meantime, please use your own trash collection services to dispose of your waste. If you need to dispose of something large/bulky, you can schedule a special pickup from the Town, or you can take it to the FREE waste transfer station off of Smithfield Road in Holly Springs.  Again that location is FREE. Believe it or not, Haddon Hall has to pay for emptying our dumpster and it is intended for use by the pool/tennis/clubhouse events.

“Where is my bill?” was the first inquiry and now it is “Why am I receiving two coupon booklets?”

For the recent billing cycle Associa Nationwide partnered with a new printing company and unfortunately we hit some stumbling blocks that resulted in delayed processing of the coupons and a shipment of a second booklet.

The Annual Assessment Notices were mailed in December, providing you with the official notice of assessment together with instructions for accessing your account online, a list of payment options and a note explaining that the billing coupons would be sent shortly (this took much longer than projected).  As a result late fees will not be charged in January because of this delay. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that delays in billing may have caused.

For those who received 2 booklets with the $40 coupons but different late fee amounts, the coupon with $3.50 is the correct coupon. You may throw out the other booklet.

For those who live in the Townhomes on Hwy 55 whose Assessment is $90 per month, keep the $90 one and you may toss out the $50 booklet you received.

If you were on Direct Draft through our office you would not have received any coupon booklets.
Please be assured the Association will not be charged for this printing error.
